31st IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, & Analytics

Industry Keynote Talks

(Time: 20th December, 2024, 1:15 PM to 3 PM IST, at Grand Victoria)

Title: Agentic AI: A Telco Industry view

Speaker: Gnanapriya Chidambaranathan, Unit Technology Officer, Associate Vice President, Infosys

Abstract: Telcos are in their Digital journey to be AI native, adopting industry standards, geared up for new business models, expand service offerings with focus on growth, efficiency. They embrace Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and Open APIs standards to bring in zero touch interoperability, zero touch operations and zero touch partnering. This brings a solid foundation for building Composable IT.

With ODA as a solid base, Intelligent AI agents are the future apps that can amplify human potential of varied personas in the journey towards AI Native Telco. Agentic AI architecture goes beyond the models, providing building blocks, framework that will enable AI agents to act autonomously, adapt dynamically, and interact across systems, collaborate with other AI agents. This is built on a solid workflow, data fabric playing a key role in personalized customer journeys, drive towards autonomous networks and connected things.

This keynote provides an Industry view of Agentic AI, AI @ scale, beyond Proof of Concepts, future opportunities, consideration in adopting Enterprise AI.
