Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is located in Hyderabad’s IT and Business district and is part of the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, where HiPC 2016 events will take place. RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A one-night's deposit of estimated charges is required to guarantee reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided when making your reservation. Please note that guests should make sure that their credit card is authorized for international payment, so that it is accepted upon arrival at the hotel at the time of check-in.

CANCELLATION

Should guests cancel the reservation, deposits will be refunded by the Hotel if notice by email is received prior to December 1, 2016. After that date, the amount of 1 night retention will be forfeited. In the case of no shows, the full length of stay will be charged.
