Dear participant,

In order to speed up sending an invitation letter, please carefully complete the following form. We will send a scanned invitation letter to you by email which can be presented to the consulate while applying for a visa. Please apply for the letter as early as possible to enable us to start processing the request. Note that we will send you the letters only after November 1.
Please check with the consulate before filling out the form and include any necessary text needed by the consulate in the comments field.

Note: Please be aware that all non-Indian-citizens are required to have an Indian visa to enter the country and that you need to check with Indian consulates in your country to determine what is required to obtain that visa. This visa letter (invitation letter) may be issued only to attendees who have paid their registration fees in full and are eligible to travel to India.
