How to Register

Online registration is available if you are paying in US Dollars and using a credit card. If not, use the downloadable pdf registration form and follow the instructions. Note: Researchers from Indian government R&D organizations and faculty and students from Indian institutions should use the registration form available at this page.

Registration Deadlines

17 August One author of an accepted paper must register by 17 August to allow paper to be included in the proceedings.
16 November Advance registration fees apply until 16 November. After that date, Regular, Onsite fees apply.
1 December Written requests for refunds must be received no later than December 1st. See online registration and hard copy registration form.

Registration Fees Include

The conference registration fee includes attendance at all HiPC 2010 workshops, tutorials and the student symposium on December 19th and technical sessions on December 20, 21, and 22. All registrants receive an electronic version of the HiPC 2010 proceedings published by IEEE. All registrations include breakfast, lunch and refreshments on all four days, the conference banquet, and a cultural event (if scheduled).

Excess Page Charges

If your paper is accepted for the HiPC conference, you may buy up to two (2) additional pages in the proceedings for your paper at a cost of USD 150/ INR 6,750 per page. Please note that these charges are in addition to conference registration. Participants currently residing in India may pay in Indian Rupees, except when payment is made by credit card.
