The HiPC 2010 meeting and social events will be held at Cidade De Goa - Goa's premier beach resort. See the travel and local information page for more information about the conference location etc. December is considered most busy time and as Goa is major tourist center, early bookings are highly recommended.

Special rates for HiPC attendees are available at Cidade De Goa. The hotels offer all amenities that include TV, STD/ISD facilities, A/c rooms, Internet Access on request. Moreover it has the sea-side view. Cidade De Goa also provides additional facilities like Refrigerated private bar, Health club, Water sports, Casino, Tennis and Massage center, etc. Please visit the hotel website for more detailed information.

Please note: Special rates are only valid during the conference dates (19th -22nd December 2010).

Hotel Rates

Breakfast is included in the rates. The above rates for both hotels are discounted from the rack rates. However, these may not be the lowest available rates. Check with your travel consultant or visit websites specializing in hotel reservations. Based on seasonal variations and promotions, you may be able to find lower rates at these hotels or others nearby.

1. Name, address, telephone, fax, and contact email
2. Accommodations requested (category of room, single/double occupancy)
3. Arrival and departure information (date, flight #, and time)
4. Credit Card Guarantee (name, number, and expiry date)

Here is a list of hotels close by, they might be full and may not be that inexpensive. Hotels fill up quite fast in December. Hotel tariffs for alternate accommodation is provided here.
