HiPC 2024 Travel Grants

31st IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, & Analytics

A limited number of travel assistance grants sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Parallel Processing (TCPP) and Murty Trust are available for conference attendees. Eligibility criteria for these two grants vary and can be found below. Priority will be given to students (based on merit) who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference and who are first-time attendees and/or from underrepresented groups.

Notice of grants awarded will be made before the conference. The grants will be distributed post-conference as reimbursements against actual expenses submitted by the applicant. Expenses eligible for reimbursement include travel, author registration fees, publication costs, and IEEE memberships. The grant amount will be based in part on the applicant’s travel requirements, quality of paper/poster, and availability of funds.

Eligibility for IEEE TCPP Sponsored Travel Grants

  1. Author of an accepted paper at HiPC 2024 and be registered for the conference, and
  2. Member of IEEE Computer Society (or ACM) at the time of submitting an application.

Eligibility for Murty Trust Travel Grants

  1. Must be a student enrolled in an Indian University.
  2. The student should attend and volunteer for the entire conference (Dec 18-21) and produce a report.
