Instructions for poster and lightening talk presentations at the HiPC 2024 SRS sessions

 

  1. Each accepted SRS submission will be presented as a poster and as a lightning talk during the conference. The lightning talks and the poster session are scheduled for Dec 21, starting at 3:30 pm. The advanced program is available here: https://hipc.org/advanced-program/
  1. Posters should be A0 size (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm, 33.11 in × 46.81 in) in portrait format. You will be provided with poster boards and tapes/pins for the poster session. Please bring your poster before breakfast on Dec 21 and put it up for the entire day. The dedicated poster session will be in the evening. However, you can stand beside your poster during the breaks to interact with people. A template of the poster is available HERE.
  1. Each lightning talk will be only 2 minutes long. Please make sure your talk strictly ends within 2 minutes as there is a full line-up of talks, and we want to avoid any delays.
  1. The talk lineup will be available shortly. Please be prepared to begin your presentation when it is your turn.
  1. A laptop/computer will be available on stage for all lightning talks. Your presentation PDF will be preloaded before the session. Please upload your PDF in this folder by the end of the day on Dec 17 (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1hmU3-h14YO65-_6aVcya8c7cCSIvW21H?usp=share_link). Note that only PDF format will be accepted to avoid formatting or animation issues. The PDF file name should follow this format: “talk-XXX.pdf”, where “XXX” is your SRS paper ID. For example, if your poster ID is “srs007s1”, your PDF should be named “talk-srs007s1.pdf”.

 

HiPC 2025 is the 32st edition of the IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, and Analytics. It will be an in-person event in Hyderabad, India, from December 17 to December 20, 2025.
