The 20th International Conference on High Performance Computing (HiPC 2013), to be held in Bengaluru (Bangalore), India, from December 18 - December 21, 2013, will serve as a forum for presenting current work by researchers from around the world and highlight activities in Asia, in the area of high performance computing.

Registration Fees Include
The conference registration fee includes attendance at all HiPC 2013 workshops, tutorials and the student research symposium on December 18th and technical sessions on December 19, 20 and 21. All registrants receive an electronic version of the HiPC 2013 proceedings published by IEEE. All registrations include breakfast, lunch and refreshments on all four days, the conference banquet, and a cultural event (if scheduled).
Excess Page Charges
If your paper is accepted for the HiPC conference, you may buy up to two (2) additional pages in the proceedings for your paper at a cost of USD 150/ INR 9,000 per page. Please note that these charges are in addition to conference registration. Participants currently residing in India may pay in Indian Rupees, except when payment is made by credit card.
Indian Travel Visas
All non-Indian-citizens are required to have an Indian visa to enter the country. Participants who require an Indian visa to travel to HiPC should note that visa processes change frequently and are advised to check the exact set of requirements/documents that will need to be provided to the Indian Embassy/Consulate in their respective countries, including the type of visa required for their travel and the requirements for security clearance that apply to some countries. It is the responsibility of attendees to determine what visa application requirements apply to their individual circumstances. If your India visa application requires an invitation letter from the conference, note that this invitation letter may be issued only to attendees who have paid their registration fees in full and are eligible to travel to India. Note also that HiPC must obtain government clearance before issuing the conference visa invitation letters. However, the request for the letter may be filed prior to the clearance date.
