Dear HIPC Scholarship Applicant,
we apologize for the delay in the scholarship awards. Due to difficulties in moving to a web-based scholarship application and approval system, we request all the applicants who had applied prior to October 29th to reapply using the form below. I also request that a (TEXT ONLY) copy of the application to be sent to my account: hipcschol{at}uohyd.ernet.in as a backup. Those of you who are authors or coauthors of papers or posters also need to (re)apply but will get highest priority in the scholarship assignment. Once again I request that you please reapply.
