Presentation Instructions for Accepted Posters

31st IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, & Analytics

Instructions for poster and lightning talk presentations at the HiPC 2024 poster sessions

  1. Each accepted poster submission will be presented as a poster and as a lightning talk during the conference. Both the lightning talks and the poster session are scheduled for Dec 20, starting at 3:30 pm. Advance program is available here: https://www.hipc.org/advanced-program/
  1. Posters should be A0 size (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm, 33.11 in × 46.81 in) in portrait format. You will be provided with poster boards and tapes/pins for the poster session.
  1. Each lightning talk will be 5 minutes long + 2 minutes Q&A. Please make sure your talk strictly ends within 5 minutes as there is a full line-up of talks and we want to avoid any delays.
  1. A laptop/computer will be available on stage for all lightning talks. Your presentation PDF will be preloaded before the session. You are required to upload the PDF in this folder by the end of the day on Dec 17: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JaIieFijwAqH1-8e942r-CWPOI89cnQJ?usp=sharing. Note that only PDF format will be accepted to avoid formatting or animation issues. The PDF file name should follow this format: “talk-XXX.pdf”, where “XXX” is your poster ID. For example, if your poster ID is “pos007s1”, your PDF should be named “talk-pos007s1.pdf”.
  1. The talk lineup is listed below. Please be prepared to begin your presentation when it is your turn.
