Congratulations!  Your paper:

has been accepted for presentation at the 1997 International Conference on
High Performance Computing to be held in India Dec 18 - Dec 21.  Electronic
referee reports (if any) are included in this email.  Any additional hard
copy reviews obtained for your paper are being sent by regular mail.
Instructions to prepare the final manuscript will be
sent to you by IEEE via email.

Please note the following:

1. The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE.
2. For your paper to be included in the proceedings, at least one of the
   authors needs to send in a completed registration form along with
   payment of registration fees.  This must accompany the final manuscript.
3. Each paper will have up to six pages in the proceedings.  Additional
   pages may be purchased at US$150 (authors located in India may
   pay the equivalent Rs 5000 in Indian currency) per page.
4. The camera ready manuscript is due August 1.  Mailing instructions will
   be sent by IEEE.
5. Please let me know if none of the authors of this paper are able to
   attend the conference so that the slot alloted to the paper may be given
   to one of the several qualified papers we have been unable to accomodate.
   I would like to get a reponse regarding this by July 15.
6. December is peak season for travel to India.  It becomes extremely
   difficult to get airline reservations as well as local accomodations
   for travel to India during this
   period.  So, please make your reservations early.
7. Updated information regarding the conference can be obtained from the
   web using the URL:

8. A hard copy of the Advance Program will be mailed to you
   in about one month. An electronic version will also be available at the
   above URL.
9. You will have 15 minutes to present your paper. This time includes time
   allotted for questions and answers.
